Understanding Raw Honey (Crystallization Explained)
As a truly raw and natural product, our honey will eventually crystallize—a sign of its purity and quality!
Natural Process: Depending on the nectar source and storage temperature, your jar may arrive liquid, partially, or fully solid (crystallized). This is normal and does not affect quality or flavor.
Easy to Soften: To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar (with the lid slightly loosened) in a warm water bath (around $100^circtext{F}$ to $110^circtext{F}$ or $38^circtext{C}$ to $43^circtext{C}$).
